Returns & Exchanges

At PSTR Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your art; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all prints and frames are returned in their original condition and protective packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  Package Your Art

  Carefully place the items back in their original cardboard tubes or flat packaging to ensure they are protected from creases or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
